The mPower Model

Has your organization hit a wall? Are you struggling to align and manage your team? To define your strategy? To make progress on your goals? To communicate effectively? It’s time for a different approach. At Seven Marches, we believe some of the best breakthroughs happen when new ways of thinking are applied to old problems.

So, we developed the mPower Model, a system of seven modules – or “marches”– for faith-based organizations. How is our approach different? Our model is built by a Christian entrepreneur and translates a wide range of proven concepts from the business world into a single set of innovative solutions for churches, ministries and even Christian-led for-profit businesses.

In March 1 (Make-up), we’ll clarify and document your organization’s DNA and determine what makes you uniquely positioned and prepared to provide value to a very specific audience.

In March 2 (Map), we’ll tap into your now-documented make-up to set the coordinates for your destination, and determine the necessary stops along the way.

In March 3 (Momentum), we’ll develop action plans, with very focused and specific measurable results and clear, well-defined steps.

In March 4 (Meeting Rhythm), we’ll define the five key meetings types, provide pre-programmed agendas and lay out the prescription for highly effective meetings.

In March 5 (Messaging), we’ll demystify the process of collecting and analyzing feedback from your stakeholders, and help you craft intentional, strategic messages that “stick.”

In March 6 (Methods), we’ll look at a variety of business methods designed to strengthen your organization – mapping the customer experience, introducing innovation and determining which metrics are the most important (among others).

In March 7 (Missionaries), we’ll look at your people – how they’re organized, how they’re hired, how they’re evaluated and how (sometimes) they’re fired.
